The assembly process is fully automated: the machine precisely drives the pins into the pallet collar hinges, creating durable connections. Each pallet collar requires 4 hinge connections, which the machine automatically completes by accurately driving the pins between the hinge holes.

Each station is equipped with an emergency stop switch within the operator’s reach.
The machine is compatible with the Lockout-Tagout system.
